Ye Be Warned!
Pirates Be Operatin’
In These Waters
|
Imagine
going back in time 300 years when Pirates roamed the
Caribbean. Experience the Spanish Main as it was in 1791
when Pirate Roberto Cofresi Ramirez sailed the north
coast of Hispaniola Island hiding out in the hills that
surround what is today Cofresi Bay and home of
Rumrunner Pirate Adventure Tours. From the moment
you walk down our pirate dock at Ocean World Marina,
you’ll know you’re about to experience the best four
hours of your vacation.
It’s Party Time as we set
sail with a combination of Dominican sunshine, tropical
waters, Caribbean breezes, Meringue music and barrels
filled to the brim with our ‘Pirate Rum Punch’,
in search of Pirate Treasure awaiting us on the shores
of a secluded bay. Our voyage will take us along the
deserted Dominican coast offering spectacular scenery of
lush mountains and secluded coves. Our “Captives” have
been known to misbehave so therefore will be forced to
walk the plank or roped into a “Arranged Pirate Wedding”
to an unsuspecting wench.
Once anchored in the bay, guests
will be able to snorkel, Rope Swing, have a light lunch
and go ashore to hunt for hidden “Pirate Treasure”
equipped with a Treasure map of the area. Bottles of Rum
will be buried in the sand and only one bottle will be
painted Red. Whoever discovers the Red Rum Bottle will
have rights to rummage the spoils of the Captain’s
Pirate Treasure chest on the voyage home to receive gift
certificates to local merchants, restaurants or
attractions. Whoever finds bottles of rum will be
allowed to keep them.
